Mrs Fran Ring 

Fran Ring is Vice Principal: Pedagogy and Practice. Following her graduation from Cambridge University in 2007, she pursued a Diploma in Management Studies at the Judge Business School before training to be a teacher at UCL.

She rose quickly through the ranks, winning an ISA Award at Trinity School, becoming Head of History at Epsom College, before moving to KCS Wimbledon. She combined leading the most successful History department in the UK with the role of Deputy Director of Professional Learning. Here she led on pupil voice, coaching and developing a bespoke professional development program for newly qualified teachers. She is an accomplished trainer, working with several schools across the world to develop their middle leaders, and holds the ILM Level 5 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring.
