I am delighted that you are considering working with us at Jumeirah College. The school is an exciting place to work with a motivated and aspirational community. Teachers are able to teach in an environment where students are willing to learn and behaviour concerns are at a minimum. Although non-selective by admission, our students go on to achieve grades which exceed most UK selective schools. This is the consequence of ambitious and focused students combining with outstanding teachers who are given the opportunity to challenge and extend students’ knowledge and understanding.
Applications will be screened by the relevant selection panel for that vacancy which may include members of the HR team, the relevant department and senior leadership of the school. Candidates shortlisted for interview will be contacted by Human Resources.

Jumeirah College is committed to the safeguarding of all children and young people. The offer of appointment will be subject to an enhanced level DBS clearance, receipt of two satisfactory references and satisfactory completion of other vetting procedures. Applicants who have been resident outside of the UK within the last five years, if offered a position, in addition to a DBS, will be required to provide a completed police record check from the police authority in the country or countries in which they were resident. Additional employment and referencing will also be undertaken. All procedures are in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education.
