Miss Holly Stephens

Head of Year 12

Holly graduated in 2011 and has been working in education since that time. Her first leadership position was Head of the Psychology at the Royal Latin School in Buckingham. During her time at this highly successful Grammar school she mentored other teachers completing the Graduate Teacher Training Programme and coordinated the Level 2 and 3 Extended Project Qualification.

Holly’s first international teaching position was Head of Psychology and Sociology at The English College, Dubai. In 2017, Holly joined Jumeirah College, a move which was prompted by a desire to transition into a Pastoral role.  As a Psychology teacher and Head of Year 12, Holly’s focus within education is supporting students holistic development and mental wellbeing. She is currently working on developing the Anti-bullying Ambassador scheme across The College and oversees the smooth running of the Complementary Studies programme with KS5.
