Year 10 Resistant Materials Workshop

This workshop is only open to parents of DT Resistant Materials Year 10 students.

In this session the students become the teachers ! They will take you through step by step the process of creating the perfect lop joint.  This will then be used to produce a beautiful trinket box!

This is a time critical excercise.

Year 8 DT Workshop

Venue: DT Workshop 3

This workshop is only open to parents of students in this Year 8 lesson only

This lesson will focus on the use of levers and cams within a mechanism.  Models will be completed to discuss the concept of the movement.  Students will discuss the implementation of the mechanisms within their own designs. Clear design drawings will be required to communicate the idea.

Year 10 CAD CAM Graphics Workshop

This workshop is only open to parents of Year 10 students in this class

This is a training session on how to use the computer software 2D Design to draw a design that can be and will be manfactured using the laser machine.
